Three piece, alt-electro Australian band Haiku Hands today release the single ‘Conclusions’, their first new music since the release of their self-titled debut album last year.

An invigorating, almost otherworldly mix of dance, electro, rap and trance, the song sways between gentle, chilled out bliss to aggressive, in your face beats with some school yard style chanting thrown in as well. Like everything Haiku Hands do, it is eclectic, beautifully crafted and utterly fabulous.

"‘Conclusions’ is a driving in the car late at night, volume maxed, head banging, face scrunching kind of track,” the band say. “Pulsing burnt basslines and driving drums juxtaposed by floating melodic vocals instantly transport you to the organised chaos of Haiku Hands’ car yard complete with guard dog. Written in full stream of consciousness mode and off a beat written on an iPhone on a plane by Suburban Dark, it’s a timely effortless take on human differences, ideas and why none of it matters when you’re in the zone."

The music video for the song, out now, was shot by three different cinematographers in three different cities and takes us on a journey through misty mountain highways, Sydney deserted carparks and median strips in Melbourne.

Haiku Hands also announce today they are embarking on the We Got Vinyl tour, including festival appearances, across Australia in February and March 2022. Perhaps appropriately, they will also be releasing Haiku Hands as a limited edition classic black vinyl on 4 February 2022. The reissue will now include 'Conclusions' alongside previously released single 'Manbitch,' 'Fashion Model Art (feat. Sofi Tukker),' 'Not About You,' and more. You can pre-order the vinyl edition HERE.
