Peach PRC returns with new single 'Like A Girl Does'

Australian burgeoning pop superstar Peach PRC has returned with her first new music since her number one EP Manic Dream Pixie with the single ‘Like A Girl Does’.

Written by Peach with long time collaborator Liam Quinn and fellow rising star Carla Wehbe, and produced by Quinn, ‘Like A Girl Does’ is classic Peach with a gorgeous nostalgic, throwback electronic-synth-pop soundscape that builds into a thumping, dancefloor ready chorus. Lyrically the song celebrates same-sex love and how the clueless behaviour of men is no match for the love of a woman. “They could never love like a girl does / They could never fuck like a girl does / Like honey, but sweeter, the grass here is greener,” Peach sings.

The release of ‘Like A Girl Does’ caps off an incredible year for Peach. Her debut EP Manic Dream Pixie shot to number one on the Australian Album Chart, and next week she will perform at the 2023 ARIA Awards where she is nominated for 3 awards : Best Pop Release for ‘Perfect For You’, Best Video for Manic Dream Pixie as well as Best Cover Art for the Manic Dream Pixie EP.
