Melissa Etheridge announces 'I'm Not Broken' tour across Australia in 2024
Rock legend Melissa Etheridge today announces that she will be returning to Australia in May 2024 as part of her I’m Not Broken world tour, presented by TEG Live.
Etheridge’s first tour of Australia since her sold out 2018 tour with Sheryl Crow, the I’m Not Broken tour will kick off in Perth on 10 May, before travelling to Adelaide and Melbourne and wrapping up in Sydney on 17 May. Fans can expect to hear Etheridge perform her biggest hits including ‘I’m The Only One’ and ‘Bring Me Some Water’ as well as newer tracks from her 2021 album One Way Out and the live album Beautiful Day, released this October.
Tickets go on sale next week, with the Etheridge Nation presale available to fan club members at 12pm (local time) on Tuesday 28 November. The TEG Live and Ticketek pre-sales commence at 12pm (local time) on Wednesday 29 November. Tickets for the general public will go on sale from Thursday, November 30 at 12pm local time. Exclusive VIP upgrade packages will also be available for purchase.
Melissa Etheridge is one of the legends of rock music and has achieved huge success throughout her 35 year career, including 15 Grammy nominations and an Academy Award. Australia holds a special place in the Etheridge story, with her music achieving huge success down under several years before she broke into the mainstream overseas, with her 1988 single ‘Bring Me Some Water’ hitting the top 10 in Australia and her self-titled debut album peaking at number 3.
Alongside her music, Etheridge is well known as an LGBTQIA+ activist and in September this year she debuted her one woman show Melissa Etheridge: My Window at the Circle In The Square theatre on Broadway. In the same month she also released her memoir Talking to My Angels, which became a best seller.
