The UK’s Bea and her Business is one of the greatest young talents in the UK right now and this month she is arriving in Australia for her first ever headline live shows in the country.

Bea and her Business will be performing at Howler Melbourne on 23 September and Oxford Art Factory on 2 October. She will be supported by the incredible Carla Wehbe, Harper Finn and MACEY.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WOMEN IN POP BEA AND HER BUSINESS COMPETITION

1. The Promoter is:Women In Pop (ABN 82032261785) of registered office address: Level 14, 275 Alfred Street, North Sydney, NSW, 2060. The abovementioned company will be hereafter jointly referred to as the ‘Promoter.’

2. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

3. The winner will receive a double pass to a Bea And The Business concert in either Sydney or Melbourne at the following locations on the following dates:
   Melbourne: Howler, 7-11 Dawson St, Brunswick VIC 3056 on 23 September 2025 at 7pm
   Sydney: Oxford Art Factory, Main Room, 3/46 Oxford St, Darlinghurst NSW 2010 on 2 October 2025 at 7:30pm

4. The prize is for a double pass entry to the concert only. It is the winner’s responsibility to arrange transport to the venue and all other costs associated with attending the concert.

5. To enter the competition an entrant must either:
      a. follow Women In Pop on Instagram, Facebook or Bluesky and send a direct message stating Bea And Her Business Sydney or Bea And Her Business Melbourne, dependent on which city the entrant wants to attend the concert in.
     b. Submit an entry via the form at https://www.womeninpop.com/news-home/competition-bea-and-her-business

6. Closing date for entry will be 5pm Friday 19 September 2025 (AEST). After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

8. Only one entry per person permitted

9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

10. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

11. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

12. Winner will be drawn at random at 7pm Friday 19 September 2025.

13. The winner will be notified by email no later than 9am Sunday 21 September. If the winner cannot be contacted by 5pm Monday 22 September, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

14. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.

15. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
